📋 Description

• Develop and implement high-quality visual elements across digital, social, and other media
• Execute social-first design work grounded in and elevating existing brand systems
• Concept, iterate, and build visually compelling content autonomously using provided asset libraries
• Oversee multiple assets from conception through completion with cross-functional team members
• Work closely with the ACD/Art Director and cross-functional team members to verify design specifications
• Bring client visions to life with high creative standards while tracking industry trends
• Integrate new design technologies and methodologies
• Research and educate yourself on clients’ visual goals to ensure strategic alignment
• Pitch artistic directions internally to guide campaign visual direction
• Provide quality control on assets for platform nuances and technical requirements before delivery
• Design and format pitch decks and mocks
• Execute day-to-day design needs for agency clients

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of graphic design experience within a creative agency in the entertainment sector or a similar fast-paced environment
• Advanced proficiency in [REDACTED] Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, InDesign)
• Must be comfortable with and capable of performing motion graphics
• Strong portfolio showcasing a broad range of creative projects with a focus on layout, typography, and brand identity
• Exceptional eye for visual composition and a deep understanding of color theory
• Experience working in a diverse range of mediums and formats with a focus on platform-specific nuances
• Proven ability to iterate quickly and produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines autonomously
• Honed ability to give and receive constructive criticism
• Strong understanding of marketing, corporate identity, and multimedia design
• Must be West Coast-based
