📋 Description

• Create and develop online content and print materials for events
• Design digital content such as social media posts, performance marketing ads, and newsletters
• Design and develop print materials such as flyers, posters, and roll-ups
• Create food and product compositions
• Create and optimize prompts for AI image-generation tools
• Ensure a consistent [REDACTED] look and feel across AI-generated visuals and develop them further in line with the brand
• Prepare AI-generated assets and shoot images in Photoshop and InDesign to create professional, brand-compliant final assets
• Communicate proactively with the team to ensure smooth project delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree or vocational training in graphic design, media design, or a related field
• At least 2 years of professional experience
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Understanding of performance marketing requirements and experience designing static and motion ad creatives for paid social campaigns optimized for click-through and conversion
• Experience with prompting and image generation using AI tools (e.g., Magnific or Adobe Firefly), and the ability to integrate them effectively into your design workflow
• A strong eye for high-quality imagery, color, typography, and appealing food compositions
• Experience with prepress and final artwork preparation
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner from a home office, set priorities autonomously, and stay organized across multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
• Proactive communication with the team to ensure smooth project delivery
• Knowledge of Claude, ChatGPT, or comparable AI generators, as well as Figma, Miro, Slack, and Asana (project management), is a strong plus
• Good English skills are an advantage, for example when coordinating with international teams
