📋 Description

• Create and revise illustrations, charts, diagrams, infographics and other visual assets for [REDACTED] curriculum products across print and digital formats
• Translate quantitative information, data, graphs and numerical concepts into clear, accurate, learner-focused visuals
• Use Adobe Illustrator for authoring and Adobe InDesign for layouts, templates and production requirements
• Collaborate with learning designers, subject matter experts, editors and stakeholders on visual representation
• Prepare production-ready files meeting specifications, templates, style guides and brand standards
• Perform quality checks on typography, color, resolution and file formats and resolve routine production issues
• Advise on design standards, fonts, templates and departmental design needs
• Maintain organized design files, templates and asset libraries and improve processes and documentation
• Apply legal and risk considerations to visual content, including responsible AI use
• Travel occasionally for in-person divisional and departmental meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Strong graphic design portfolio; portfolio required during recruitment
• Strong Adobe Illustrator skills
• Strong Adobe InDesign capability
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop
• Ability to represent quantitative information through charts, graphs and other visual formats
• Strong graphic design fundamentals across typography, composition, color, hierarchy and iconography
• Understanding of print and digital production requirements, including file formats, resolution and production-ready assets
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage deliverables and deadlines within established standards and review processes
• Fluency in English
• Occasional travel for important in-person meetings, approximately 5% or less
• A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication or a related discipline is welcomed; equivalent practical experience will also be considered
