📋 Description

• Design static ad creatives for Meta that are scroll-stopping, direct-response focused, and built to perform
• Produce carousels, product feature graphics, offer visuals, and hook-led image ads across multiple brand styles
• Ensure every asset is on-brand, including typography, color usage, visual hierarchy, and tone
• Support campaign and promotional design, including sale banners, offer graphics, seasonal creative, and launch assets
• Contribute to product imagery and brand visual assets across the portfolio
• Design supporting landing-page assets in collaboration with the Web Designer and CRO team
• Maintain and evolve brand design systems and asset libraries
• Occasionally support internal design needs such as decks, documents, or external-facing materials
• Work from briefs produced by creative strategists and collaborate with strategists and team leads

🎯 Requirements

• A portfolio that includes DTC or direct-response graphic ad creative
• Proficiency in Figma and Photoshop, Canva, and AI image tools
• Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout as performance tools
• Ability to work across multiple brand identities
• Reliable, consistent output; ability to handle concurrent briefs and hit deadlines without quality slipping
• Comfortable in a feedback-driven environment
• Experience designing for DTC beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with AI design tools is a strong advantage
• Basic understanding of copywriting and how headline and visual work together is a strong advantage
• Experience with motion graphics or simple animated assets for social is a strong advantage
• Understanding of conversion-focused design principles is a strong advantage
