Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designerto join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of design principles and a passion for visual storytelling. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to create compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand message across both digital and print platforms. Your work will help shape our visual identity and elevate our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Branding and Visual Design:

Develop and maintain cohesive visual branding across multiple mediums, including websites, product catalogs, packaging, newsletters, business cards, and social media channels. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and messaging.

Simplify complex 3D CAD concepts into clear 2D outline artwork.

• Print and Event Design:

Design high-quality printed materials for product packaging, trade shows, and promotional events, ensuring consistency with brand identity and production standards. Prepare files for print production, ensuring all specifications are met.

• Collaborative Project Execution:

Work closely with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to understand design briefs and business objectives. Deliver creative solutions within deadlines and budget, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

• Industry Awareness:

Stay current with industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices in graphic and web design. Continuously improve design skills to meet evolving business needs.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
• Strong understanding of color theory and production design processes.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate design concepts and ideas.
• A portfolio showcasing previous work that demonstrates creativity, technical skills, and a range of design expertise.
• Knowledge on dieline that outline the packaging's shape, folds, cuts, and glue areas, ensuring they are optimized for efficient manufacturing and minimal material waste.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
