[REDACTED] designs and supplies custom high-security doors, windows, and related systems for high-end residential clients. Our work ends up in the homes of some of the most prominent and influential people in the country — clients who have high standards and expect them to be met. We've been doing this for 8 years, we're growing, and we're building out the team that will take us further.

The Role

We're looking for a hands-on creative and marketing specialist to own our visual brand and marketing execution. This is not a strategy role — we know what we want and where we're going. What we need is someone with strong aesthetic instincts and the drive to execute consistently across multiple formats without needing hand-holding on every decision.

You'll be the person who makes [REDACTED] look and feel as good as the work we actually do. And as we grow, so does your upside.

What You'll Do

• Edit and retouch photos from client projects and job sites to a polished, high-end standard
• Design and produce brochures, product detail sheets, and other print/digital collateral
• Set up and manage our in-office video recording studio
• Film and edit video demonstrations, walkthroughs, and informational content
• Upload and manage video across YouTube, Vimeo, and social platforms
• Build and maintain our Instagram presence through consistent, on-brand posting
• Improve website design

What We're Looking For

• 4–7 years of hands-on creative experience, ideally in-house at a brand rather than purely agency-side
• A portfolio that proves you've owned this kind of work independently — not as part of a large team where someone else was making the calls
• Primarily hands-on — you execute most of the work yourself, with the judgment to know when to bring in outside help
• Proficiency in photo editing (Lightroom/Photoshop), video editing (Premiere, CapCut, or similar)
• Self-directed with strong judgment — able to take a clear vision and make the thousand small decisions that get it across the finish line
• A genuine eye for high-end aesthetics
• Experience shooting video, not just editing it

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS
• Famliarity with security products or engineering items

Compensation & Upside

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience. More importantly, this role carries a meaningful profit share directly tied to gross profit growth. If your work moves the needle — and we fully expect it to — you'll feel it in your paycheck. You won't be buried in a corporate structure. You'll be close to the helm, with real visibility into where the business is going and a direct stake in getting it there.
