📋 Description

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging visual content across marketing channels
• Design daily newsletters, website visuals, paid ads, social media, and other marketing assets
• Edit, retouch, resize, and prepare PDP (product detail page) images
• Update and refresh creative assets across the homepage, navigation bars, landing pages, and other on-site placements
• Research visual trends, references, and creative inspiration for campaign and concept development
• Organize and maintain creative assets to improve efficiency and workflows
• Manage assigned design projects and deliverables independently
• Incorporate feedback and meet agreed-upon deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong technical skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Proficiency in Figma preferred
• Basic video editing skills and familiarity with Premiere Pro and/or CapCut
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, composition, color, and visual hierarchy
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual consistency and quality
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively across teams
• Ability to work in a highly entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment
• Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills
• Highly motivated, energetic self-starter who works collaboratively across cross-functional teams
• Prior experience or strong demonstrated interest in the beauty industry
