Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team supporting the Global Risk Solutions North America business unit. The ideal candidate will create, design, and execute a variety of deliverables, including print and digital assets, under the moderate supervision of an Art Director and in collaboration with other creative team members and marketing colleagues. This role involves translating conceptual elements into finished designs across multiple mediums, contributing to projects of medium scope and complexity, and ensuring cohesive and visually compelling design work.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and produce creative assets within established brand guidelines.
  • Create visually compelling designs using strong composition techniques, including typography, photography, and page composition.
  • Work on a variety of print and digital assets, including conceptual work and production design.
  • Collaborate with the Art Director on larger campaigns and initiatives.
  • Assist in concepting and creative development for smaller campaigns.
  • Proactively manage projects, address issues, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Contribute to an open and collaborative creative environment by sharing and encouraging innovative ideas.
  • Build awareness of industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of related experience with a portfolio showcasing designs across print, digital, and web mediums.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Experience with video editing/animation tools such as After Effects and Premiere is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Figma is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open-minded, collaborative, and proactive in problem-solving and project management.

Pay Range

$50-55 per hour

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
