Graphic and Web Designer II WFO II Day Shift

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Design engaging social media graphics and campaign assets.
- Create brochures, flyers, signage, business cards, banners and other print materials.
- Develop branding assets and visual identities.
- Produce digital marketing creatives including Google Display Ads, Meta Ads and email graphics.
- Maintain brand consistency across all client projects.
Website Design (UI/UX)
- Design modern, responsive website layouts inFigma.
- Create wireframes, user flows and interactive prototypes.
- Work closely with our website developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Design landing pages focused on user experience and conversions.
- Continually improve website usability and accessibility.
Creative Collaboration
- Work alongside our marketing team on campaign concepts.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Present design concepts and revisions to internal stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and web design work.
- Advanced knowledge ofFigma.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud including:
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- InDesign
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory and branding.
- Experience designing for social media platforms.
- Knowledge of print production requirements.
- Understanding of responsive web design principles.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Desirable
- Experience designing websites for WordPress.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Experience creating marketing assets for Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
- Motion graphics or animation experience (After Effects) is advantageous.
- Photography or videography skills are a bonus.
