About the role

The Global Executive Talent Acquisition Partner is a strategic partner responsible for identifying and attracting the core leadership layer of [REDACTED]. This role focuses specifically on critical senior-level appointments ranging from Senior Manager to Senior Director.

You would be working as part of a high-impact leadership hiring team. You will bridge the gap between functional recruitment and executive search. Furthermore, you will act as a trusted advisor to functional heads and senior leadership, providing market mapping and high-touch search execution for the leaders who will scale our departments. You will work in close collaboration with the executive recruiters (VP+) to ensure a cohesive and consistent leadership talent strategy across the organization.
