For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Design game economy models and assess their efficiency, as well as their impact on player experience and behavior.
• Maintain the existing game economy and design economies for new features, including modeling, tuning, balancing and monitoring key metrics to drive KPI growth and create an engaging gameplay experience.
• Balance virtual items: define player needs, item relationships and lifecycle loops.
• Design and generate drop rate and paytable specifications detailing probability and game profitability.
• Optimize the performance of features and game mechanics through tuning and A/B testing.
• Collaborate with producers, game designers, data analysts and the development team.
• Create and maintain design documentation.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Proven experience building and managing economic models for game projects.
• Strong background in combinatorics, statistics and probability theory.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Deep understanding of video games in general and their underlying economic systems in particular.
