Frontend UX Designer

We're a small and mighty team looking for a UX designer with front end implementation experience. Reporting to our CTO, your day to day will involve aligning our website to best design practices and actioning our product roadmap. Must have full Australian working rights.
Based in Brisbane and Melbourne, we've got a desk for you if you want - but we're guessing you've got a great set-up at home that you'd prefer. We're happy either way!

About You
You're a strong communicator who has a few years of experience under their belt and loves to problem solve. Strong expertise in UX Design and Figma with a foundational knowledge in Tailwind and React.
Must Have
- Australian working rights
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a remote team
- Strong UX Portfolio
- Great problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's Degree in a related area or strong relevant experience
Technical Requirements
- Solid knowledge of user-centred design principles and industry standards for usability and accessibility
- Proficiency in Tailwind, and React
- Portfolio of previous work demonstrating experience in designing and implementing UX/UI improvements
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git
Other Responsibilities
- Collaborate with backend developers to ensure smooth integration of front-end components
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to UI/UX development
- Adaptability to evolving project requirements and priorities in a small team environment
