Frontend UI/UX Designer

As a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer, you will be joining a dynamic team to create intuitive, user-centered designs for digital products. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Create user personas, journey maps, and experience flows to guide product development
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define product requirements and design specifications
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard design tools
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency across products
• Design responsive interfaces that provide optimal experiences across different devices and screen sizes
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively
• Partner with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and reviews
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics data, and A/B testing results
• Contribute to the evolution of design processes and methodologies within the organization
