Freelance UX Designer

As a Freelance UX Designer joining our team of expert developers, you will have the unique opportunity to utilize your minimum of 10+ years of experience in the field and showcase your skills with enterprise or SaaS products in a strong portfolio.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading discovery workshops with clients and stakeholders from the UK timezone
• Conducting user research, persona development, journey mapping, and usability testing
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, interaction flows, and high-fidelity designs
• Defining information architecture and user journeys
• Ensuring accessibility and usability best practices are implemented
• Delivering scalable design systems and reusable components
• Presenting concepts and rationale confidently
• Handling feedback loops and iterating effectively
• Acting as an advisor to stakeholders and collaborating with Product Managers, Developers, QA teams
• Ensuring pixel-perfect implementation alignment in agile ceremonies and sprint planning
• Having expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision
• Understanding principles of accessibility and WCAG
• Experience in designing complex workflows and data-heavy applications
• Demonstrating excellent communication skills
• Being comfortable working in the UK timezone

Desired characteristics include exposure to fintech and e-commerce domains, familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML and CSS.
