YOU'LL DO AT [REDACTED] 🌞
Design static, motion, and carousel ad creative for our international e-commerce clients across the EU, UK, and North America Work hand-in-hand with our paid media team, turning campaign briefs into creative that actually stops the scroll Bring the weird idea that outperforms the safe one Master Meta and LinkedIn ad formats and specs — you know them in your sleep Iterate fast on performance data and feedback: what wins, what dies, what to try next Enjoy the sun
REQUIREMENTS 👇
You are:
- A freelancer/independent contractor able to invoice for services (any country)
- Comfortable with fast, direct, honest feedback loops
- English is a plus (not a must, but it helps)
MUST HAVE 😍
Proven experience designing social ad creative (not brand/print) — a portfolio that shows performance-driven thinking, not just pretty visuals Comfortable across static, motion, and carousel formats A strong sense of what makes creative perform on Meta and LinkedIn specifically Fast turnaround without sacrificing craft Not afraid of the weird idea
BIG PLUS(ES) 👍
Experience with e-commerce or DTC brands Experience working alongside a paid media/performance marketing team (not just a design or creative agency) Comfortable with AI-assisted creative tools
