We're looking for someone, who loves both design, brand projects from start to finish, and hands-on design work and is excited to contribute to the culture and philosophy of an early-stage distributed company. You would be responsible for defining the visual language for various brands in a clear and inspiring way to help them stand out in their markets.

You'll be responsible for:

• Work with the art director and design operations to understand client requirements.
• Articulate and lead the creative vision for various brands across all markets and consumer/customer touchpoints (ATL/BTL).
• Evaluate existing designs and make professional recommendations for improvements.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and incorporate them into designs and client projects.
• Conduct thorough Brand Market Research to gather insights on industry trends, competitor analysis, and target audience behavior, ensuring that the brand design aligns with market needs and opportunities.
• Undergo all stages of the brand design process – from building initial brand strategy through to sketches, developing of brand identity, and development of style guides.
