About the Role:
As a designer at [REDACTED], you'll collaborate closely with a small team of engineers and content designers to craft the product experiences of today and tomorrow. You'll work on end-to-end feature design and help define the next generation of media experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Contribute to the overall design and product direction of [REDACTED]’s platforms
- Design and ship high-quality features and improvements, from early concepts to high-fidelity production software
- Create highly-detailed design specifications in [REDACTED]
- Partner closely with engineering, product, and design peers to define both long-term strategy and short-term tactics
- Engage in user research to better understand our users and continuously refine our products
- Own and evolve our design system
- Help establish our design culture and support team growth
- Explore new tools and technologies to continuously improve ways of working
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Has a portfolio showcasing strong UX, UI, and interaction design skills, with a high bar for quality and craft
- Is well-versed in AI tools, incorporating AI into daily workflows, and keeps on top of the shifting landscape
- Understands AI generation tools (i.e. [REDACTED] Studio, [REDACTED], [REDACTED], etc)
- Has experience designing consumer products
- Loves thinking through complex interaction-design problems
- Has great communication skills
- Enjoys tackling ambiguous problems and shaping them into something clear
- Is excited to help define how AI-first products should look and behave
Strong Candidates May Have
- Experience with, or interest in, image, audio, and video prompting and creation workflows
- Experience with or interest in motion design
- Understanding of the differences between native platforms (iOS, Android, web, CarPlay, etc.)
