🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience.
- In-house experience with ownership of complete journeys.
- Portfolio with exceptional visual design and impact.
- Strong information architecture, interaction design, prototyping.
- Ability to ship high-quality work at pace.
- Strong systems thinking for end-to-end workflows.
