📋 Description

• Define how users create, understand, and work with AI agents inside [REDACTED]
• Design the agent-building experience and workspace for steering agents
• Shape applications generated by AI agents
• Build and own [REDACTED]’s design system from the ground up
• Define interaction patterns for creating, understanding, and steering AI agents
• Make pragmatic trade-offs between speed, clarity, and craft
• Move quickly from ideas to working designs and improve what proves useful
• Help shape the early design and product team as [REDACTED] grows
• Work directly with the GM in a lean team, supported by specialised AI agents
• Establish foundational design decisions for the product

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing and shipping AI products
• Understanding of interaction problems associated with AI products
• Strong product and design judgment
• Systems and interaction-pattern thinking rather than screen-level design
• Ability to design in an undefined, zero-to-one product environment
• Ability to form clear opinions and adapt them when evidence changes
• Portfolio/website and LinkedIn URL fields are available in the application form
• Must answer work-permit question for the country in which the role is located
