- Lead Product Design for Customer Projects
- Translate complex operational requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and product specifications
- Facilitate design reviews with customers and internal teams
- Partner closely with forward-deployed engineers and product managers
- Identify recurring customer needs, workflows, screens, and interaction patterns
- Shape the Product Roadmap
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ Years of Product Design Experience
- Ability to design complex, workflow-heavy products
- Strong Customer-Facing Design Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Systems Thinking and Design Craft
- Technical Fluency
