As an Expert Product Designer on the mobile team, you'll own a critical part of the member experience: the native clinical product that delivers clinician-led AI care across a comprehensive, integrated care journey. What you'll be doing:

• Advocate for member needs at every stage of product development;
• Conduct research and analyze competitors to uncover insights and opportunities;
• Translate insights into product strategy and actionable design directions;
• Turn requirements into intuitive, visually engaging, and emotionally resonant experiences;
• Work in fast, iterative cycles to improve usability and drive retention;
