Experience Designer

We’re building the [REDACTED] Innovation Hub, based at our headquarters in Bamberg — a small, AI-native team creating products at the intersection of psychology, learning and technology. Think AI-powered leadership tools, business simulations, immersive learning experiences and entirely new formats that don’t exist yet.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just build what already exists. We’re looking for someone who helps invent what should exist next.

01 — Make People See Themselves

How do you design an experience that shows a leader their own blind spot — without the need of ever telling them directly about it?

02 — Make Learning Stick

What if development didn’t need a slide deck to actually change how someone sees themselves?

03 — Build What Doesn’t Exist Yet

We’re designing experiences, simulations and games that don’t have a genre yet. Turn one of our ideas into something someone can actually feel within two weeks. Not a training module. Not a workshop deck. An experience.

Responsibilities

We’re less interested in degrees and credentials than in evidence that you can design experiences that move people.
