Pay Range: $75/hr to $80/hr (DOE)

DESCRIPTION

Our Growth team is seeking a Senior Content Designer to lead content development and strategy for our email program. This CW will focus on evolving a B2C lifecycle email system that supports awareness, retention, and resurrection—with an emphasis on clear, user-centered messaging and a rigorous experimentation practice.

The ideal candidate is a hybrid strategist-maker: someone who can write and design excellent email content, translate lifecycle strategy into buildable requirements, and own the creation of governance and a scalable playbook so the program can grow responsibly across devices and product lines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Drive email optimization ● Iterate on content, targeting, sequencing, and cadence based on prior learnings and performance. ● Improve modular email components (subject/preheader/body/CTA patterns) to increase speed and quality of iteration. ● Improve + expand resurrection efforts ● Improve emails supporting the portfolio of Wearables devices and identify opportunities for improvements that enable the team to meet and exceed goals. ● Develop and execute ~5–6 experiments (e.g., positioning, content depth, personalization, cadence, segmentation, creative system changes). ● Define hypotheses, success metrics, guardrails, and document learnings to compound results over time. ● Extend email strategy to all new devices ● Ensure messaging consistency and quality as we scale to new device cohorts and surfaces. ● Partner with Product design, Product Management, Product Marketing and Engineering to align on eligibili…
