Summary:

The eLearning Designer III supports [REDACTED] hospitals and medical practices in creating and managing high-quality online learning experiences for employees across various disciplines. The eLearning Designer III is responsible, or serves as a lead for the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of eLearning products and teaching instructional developed content.

This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) with minimal guidance to develop and maintain engaging course content, utilizing proven instructional design principles. The eLearning Designer III assists the IT Learning Services Manager to develop and administer comprehensive eLearning programs along with the creation of appropriate schedules, project plans and standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Instructional Design and Development: Drives efforts and serves as the lead for utilizing fundamental instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE) to analyze training needs, design engaging learning objectives, and develop effective courses.

2. Collaboration and Analysis: Conducts needs assessments and analysis in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (for new and existing courses) then designs, develops and modified training curriculums, materials and job aids for instructor led, video, or other virtual platform. Applies…
