Role Overview:

We are looking for a conversion-focused E-commerce UX/UI Designer who understands that great design is not just about aesthetics—it is about creating digital experiences that drive customers to take action.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-converting e-commerce experiences across desktop and mobile.
  • Create landing pages designed specifically for paid acquisition and conversion.
  • Design advertorials, listicles, long-form landing pages, product pages, and homepages.
  • Translate marketing and creative concepts into compelling UX/UI experiences.
  • Apply CRO principles to improve usability, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Create designs that align with customer intent and different stages of the purchasing funnel.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, copy, and development teams to bring designs to life.
  • Analyze existing pages and identify opportunities to improve the customer journey.
  • Design experiences that maintain brand consistency while prioritizing performance and conversion.
  • Iterate on designs based on performance data, testing results, and customer behavior.
  • Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for mobile-first e-commerce experiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI, e-commerce, web design, or a related field.
  • Experience working with DTC or e-commerce brands.
  • Proven understanding of CRO and direct-response landing page principles.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user journeys.
  • Excellent visual design skills, including typography, hierarchy, spacing, and composition.
  • Experience designing responsive experiences for desktop and mobile.
  • Proficiency with Figma or comparable design tools.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating e-commerce and conversion-focused design.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing for paid social traffic.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Understanding of metrics such as CVR, AOV, CTR, bounce rate, and customer journey behavior.
