📋 Description
- Own UX and UI design from concept to launch across multiple DTC eCommerce brands
- Design online stores and pages that are clear, easy to use, and drive sales
- Create wireframes, scalable UI systems, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
- Turn brand ideas into consistent, easy-to-follow visual design systems
- Present work and collaborate with the PM, lead designer, and developers through handoff, QA, and launch
- Identify usability issues and improve the experience using conversion best practices
- Balance innovative UI design with CRO best practices
- Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines across touchpoints
- Lead AI-driven initiatives to accelerate design production or improve quality
- Improve design tools, systems, and workflows
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years designing UX/UI for eCommerce or DTC brands, with agency experience required
- Digital or eCommerce design agency experience serving multiple clients simultaneously
- Portfolio of real, live eCommerce storefronts, including 2–3 live Shopify or Shopify Plus stores with URLs
- Proven Shopify or Shopify Plus experience with themes, sections, platform constraints, and best practices
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Deep understanding of mobile-first design, UX fundamentals, and accessibility
- Practical experience using AI tools to accelerate or improve design work
- Experience taking projects from idea to launch
- Ability to explain design decisions
- Comfortable working fast, asynchronously, and across multiple clients simultaneously
- Consistent deadline management and proactive communication
- Ability to read HTML/CSS
- Basic understanding of front-end development
- Experience in an agile, multi-client agency environment
- Familiarity with WooCommerce or Magento
- Remote-first work experience
- Experience building or contributing to team-level AI-assisted design workflows
- Experience with ClickUp
- Must have 4+ hours of overlap with US EST or PST
