- Own and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for Cal AI
- Champion a culture of continuous discovery
- Drive alignment across product, engineering, design, data science
- Set the bar for how strategy, goals, and priorities are communicated
- Be accountable for the performance of the Cal AI business
- Contribute to the evolution of [REDACTED]'s product operating model
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in product leadership
- Demonstrated success leading multiple squads or a product area
- Track record scaling an early-stage product
- Operator's mindset
- Proven ability to set and communicate strategy
- Strong bias to action
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks
- Experience leading consumer-facing product development for iOS and Android apps
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
