Job Description

As the Director of Product Management), you will set the strategic vision and direction for the Eligibilities RCM portfolio and lead a team of Product Managers to deliver measurable business and customer impact. You are an experienced product leader with customer empathy, systems thinking, and a track record of scaling SaaS RCM platforms in complex environment – and translating strategy into consistent, high-quality execution.

In this role, you will operate as a portfolio leader – aligning long-term strategy with disciplined execution, building repeatable delivery systems, and ensuring our investments drive meaningful outcomes for dental practices across the U.S. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, product marketing, sales, customer success, support, and executive leadership to bring differentiated solutions to market on time, at quality, and with measurable adoption and financial impact.
