📋 Description

• Provide leadership, strategic direction, and driving design quality for a team of talented Product Designers • Work with counterparts in Product Management and Engineering • Transform ambiguity into clarity • Inspire and lead the team, driving innovation and exploration • Gain alignment by sharing works with stakeholders and executive leaders • Act as a strategic partner, ensuring design aligns seamlessly across the user experience

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Design with at least 5+ years of leadership experience • Demonstrated experience leading high-velocity Design teams • Extensive experience leading consumer-facing Product Design design teams focused on native iOS and Android apps • Ability to create design direction and processes • A strong bias-to-action to address challenges • Analytical approach to Design work • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
