📋 Description
- Own the end-to-end design experience across the platform
- Lead and mentor the existing design team
- Contribute directly to high-leverage design work
- Build and maintain a cohesive design system in Figma
- Run user research and usability testing
- Track and own design's impact on product adoption and engagement
🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years of UX/UI design experience in B2B SaaS
- At least 2 years leading a design team
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design
- Expert in Figma
- Proven ability to lead research and translate findings into design decisions
- Exceptional written and spoken English.
