Your Impact

As a Digital Designer within our Product Design team, you'll create high-quality visual designs that bring our brands to life across advertising, campaigns, and within our products. You'll focus on delivering polished UI mocksups, icons, illustrations, and image assets that ensure a consistent and high-standard visual experience. Working closely with Product Design and Marketing stakeholders, you'll help elevate the overall look and feel of our brands while supporting fast, high-quality delivery. This is a great opportunity for an early-career designer to build strong foundations in visual design, brand systems, and cross-functional collaboration.

A Day in the Life

• Design UI mocks for advertising and marketing campaigns, ensuring visual consistency with brand guidelines.
• Create icons, illustrations, and image assets to support digital campaigns, product marketing, and brand initiatives.
• Apply and adapt brand guidelines across multiple brands, ensuring consistency in visual execution.
• Develop capability in applying design systems, motion, and AI tools through hands-on delivery and feedback.
• Build familiarity with creative workflows, including design critiques, sprint rituals, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain reusable asset libraries, templates, and icon/illustration sets to enable efficient production at scale.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and Product teams to deliver assets on time and to standard.

Your Strengths

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong skills in icon design, illustration, and image asset creation.
• Experience creating UI mocks for advertising or marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple briefs across brands and channels simultaneously.
• High attention to detail with the ability to deliver production-ready assets at pace.
