📋 Description

• Create visual storytelling that moves people to action
• Bring brands and meaningful stories to life through digital design
• Develop experiences using cutting-edge technology and digital tactics
• Solve design problems and build scalable design systems
• Work within multiple client brand style guides at once
• Art direct in applicable situations
• Design in live workshops
• Translate high-level concepts into compelling visual experiences
• Develop ideas that communicate an image, message, and response
• Strategize and prioritize a large volume of tasks
• Troubleshoot technical problems and identify technical solutions
• Support marketing, fundraising, and branding work for nonprofit, for-profit, and faith-based organizations

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial agency experience
• Degree in design; BFA, BS, or BDes preferred
• Digital-native mindset
• Passion for solving design problems and building scalable design systems
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, Premiere, and After Effects
• Good understanding of Figma
• Proficiency with Mac-based computer software
• Experience absorbing and working within multiple client brand style guides simultaneously
• Ability to art direct in certain situations
• Ability to design in live workshops
• Ability to strategize and prioritize a large number of tasks simultaneously
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to understand high-level concepts and bring them to life
• Knowledge of computer technology and troubleshooting technical problems
• Ability to independently develop fresh ideas that communicate an image and message and generate a response
• Ability to handle constructive criticism
• Ability to work resourcefully with limited resources
• Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar tasks and troubleshoot problems
• Experience in web design and visual coding platforms is a plus
• Programming education is a bonus
