Digital Designer

As we continue to grow across coworking, hospitality and health clubs, we're looking for a Digital Designer to help shape the way people experience [REDACTED] online.

About the role

As our Digital Designer, you'll play a key role in designing and enhancing digital experiences across [REDACTED] ecosystem. From websites and member-facing platforms to digital marketing campaigns, you'll create thoughtful, engaging and visually compelling experiences that reflect our premium brand.

This is a hybrid creative role. While your primary focus will be designing digital experiences across our websites and apps, the role naturally ebbs and flows with business priorities. During quieter digital project periods, you'll support the wider Creative team with graphic design projects across marketing campaigns, brand collateral and other creative initiatives.

Variety is part of what makes this role exciting. Working closely with Marketing, you'll help bring ideas to life while continually improving the digital experience for our members and customers.

What you'll do

Digital Experience

• Design and maintain digital experiences across [REDACTED] websites, apps and sister brands. Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with developers to bring digital experiences to life. Improve usability and member experience through thoughtful UI/UX design. Implement design improvements based on user feedback and performance insights.
• Ensure responsive experiences across desktop, tablet and mobile.

Creative Design

Produce engaging creative assets for:

• EDMs
• Paid digital advertising
• Social media campaigns
• Website landing pages
• Digital promotions

Support broader graphic design projects across the business as priorities shift. Review Canva designs created by Community and Sales teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.

Collaboration

• Work closely with a variety of internal and external partners on digital initiatives.
• Join brainstorming sessions and bring fresh ideas to the table. Contribute to the ongoing evolution of [REDACTED] brand and digital experience.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

You'll bring

You'll be equally passionate about great design and great user experiences. You enjoy solving problems, collaborating with others and aren't afraid to jump between digital product design one week and creative campaign work the next. You thrive in a fast-moving environment where no two days look exactly the same.

Essential Experience

• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web design. Experience designing websites and digital products from concept through to delivery.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes and polished user interfaces. Strong visual design skills and a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to implement design improvements using user feedback and data.

Desirable Experience

• Experience using CMS or similar website platforms (Webflow preferred). Motion graphics experience.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS. Experience working alongside developers. Experience within hospitality, wellness, lifestyle or property brands.
