As a Junior Digital Designer, you will work in an agile team alongside Experience Designers, Digital Merchandisers, Retail Managers, and Marketing to craft cohesive experiences across our digital channels. You will be focused on creating assets that support the delivery of customer-first shopping experiences across [REDACTED] and support digital retail channels.

We are currently hiring for a 12‑month fixed‑term opportunity within our Digital Retail Design community.

In this role, the successful candidate is needed to be in the greater Vancouver, BC area, where we practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

What you'll do as a Junior Digital Designer:

• Execute visual communication and experience strategies while working within [REDACTED]'s brand and design guidelines
• Solve problems from a customer-centered perspective, and always thinking customer-first
• Collaborate with your design peers across the organization to drive consistency and grow your design practice
• Prepare and deliver design assets for [REDACTED] that support responsive, standards-driven experiences
• Prepare and deliver design assets for newsletters and digital advertising across display and social, ensuring they meet brand, platform, and digital design standards
