Job Description
We are looking for creative Designers (UI/UX / Visual) to craft intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, user-centric thinking, and the ability to translate ideas into impactful designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with product managers and developers
- Ensure consistency with design systems and brand guidelines
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Improve user experience based on feedback and analytics
- Stay updated with latest design trends and tools
Required Skills
- Strong experience in UI/UX or Visual Design
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design
- Understanding of user experience principles and usability
- Strong sense of typography, color, and layout
Good to Have
- Experience with motion design or animations
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS
- Familiarity with design systems
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum workflows .
