📋 Description

• Work on the Image Retouching team, focusing on the evolution and scaling of image production for e-commerce
• Contribute to an AI project focused on creating product images for items that do not yet have photographic assets
• Combine Artificial Intelligence tools and Photoshop to generate, adjust, and finalize images
• Refine products, proportions, finishes, colors, lighting, and other elements to ensure natural and commercially appropriate results
• Ensure fidelity to the original product by preserving its characteristics, details, proportions, and finishes
• Identify and correct inconsistencies in AI-generated images
• Develop and test approaches to improve production quality and scale
• Build and enhance processes and standards for image generation and retouching
• Ensure visual consistency across products, categories, and collections
• Collaborate closely with the styling, product, and technology teams
• Keep up with new AI tools and applications for image creation and retouching

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working as a Designer, preferably with a focus on image retouching, manipulation, or production
• Advanced Photoshop skills, particularly in clipping, retouching, compositing, color correction, and element reconstruction
• Interest in and hands-on experience with generative AI applied to images
• Strong attention to detail, finishing, and visual quality
• Ability to identify when an AI-generated image requires manual intervention
• Analytical and experimental mindset, with a willingness to test, learn, and improve processes
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage high volumes and multiple demands simultaneously
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams
• Experience with e-commerce, fashion, or product image retouching
• Knowledge of AI image-generation tools
• Experience with automation or workflow creation to support scalability
• Portfolio demonstrating retouching, manipulation, compositing, and/or AI-generated imagery
