📋 Description

• Design paywalls, onboarding flows, and subscription experiences across multiple apps
• Work directly with Product Owners and cross-functional teams
• Design in [REDACTED] and set up or upload paywalls and subscription flows in [REDACTED] and [REDACTED]
• Design and optimize Web-to-Web and Web-to-App funnels for acquisition and conversion
• Collaborate with multiple Product Owners while managing several projects in parallel
• Design and maintain [REDACTED] design systems and component libraries
• Analyze test results and propose data-driven iterations
• Ensure designs adapt across devices, languages, and screen sizes
• Document processes and keep team workflows up to date
• Apply AI-assisted workflows to accelerate research, competitive benchmarking, and design-variant generation

🎯 Requirements

• Senior experience in digital product design, ideally in subscription products
• Portfolio with CRO, paywall, or onboarding case studies
• Strong command of [REDACTED], including design systems, components, and prototyping
• Experience with [REDACTED] and/or [REDACTED] for paywall implementation
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders/Product Owners simultaneously
• English B1+ level required
• Mandatory experience using AI tools to accelerate UX/UI workflows, such as [REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED], or AI prototyping tools
• Experience with A/B testing and product analytics tools
• Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team environment
• Ability to respond quickly to changing priorities

• Positive, respectful, and emotionally intelligent attitude
• Interest or experience in custom AI agents or automated workflows is preferred

• Basic knowledge of conversion-oriented copywriting is preferred
• Experience in subscription products across different niches is preferred
