Creative Graphic Designer (Branding + Social Content)

What Youll Do

• Create brand-aligned social media creatives, carousels, and campaign visuals
• Work on branding elements, visual language, direction, moodboards
• Maintain visual consistency, hierarchy, and creative storytelling
• Build design systems for brands across formats
• Collaborate closely with strategy, editing, and founder for high-quality output
• Execute revisions quickly and professionally
• Deliver premium-level work with attention to detail, scale, and composition

Who Were Looking For

• 2-4 years of design experience (agency/startup preferred)
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, color theory
• Ability to translate references into brand-specific direction
• Good taste in internet-led aesthetics (modern, premium, Gen-Z friendly)
• Fast execution + ability to handle feedback without defensiveness
• Portfolio that shows clarity, structure, direction, and aesthetic sense
• Must take ownership & accountability, not just complete tasks
