Creative Director, Brand Design

[REDACTED] is seeking a Creative Director of Brand Design to build and lead the design discipline within Brand Creative, owning the [REDACTED] visual identity, design standards, and high-quality execution of the brand across campaigns and always-on channels. Reporting to the VP of Brand Creative, this leader will translate brand strategy, brand and partners channels presence into a coherent visual system that scales across year-round marketing, global launches, digital experiences, retail, events, partnerships, and internal storytelling. This role requires both a standard-setter and a maker: someone with the judgment to define the system, the taste to elevate creative quality and performance, and the operational rigor to help teams execute at scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Set the vision for [REDACTED] brand design, translating brand strategy into a clear, distinctive, and ownable visual language across channels and markets. Own and evolve the brand identity system, including typography, color, layout, imagery, motion principles, campaign and design toolkits, and templates that are intuitive and scalable for teams to use.

Lead and develop the Brand Design team, including art direction and design systems talent, senior designers, and designers as the team scales. Build a strong internal team through hiring, coaching, decisive feedback, clear expectations, and opportunities for growth, while cultivating a healthy pipeline of talent and creative partners.
