About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Designer who thrives in streetwear, hip-hop, and counterculture aesthetics. This isn’t a typical design role you’ll create visuals that feel authentic, raw, and deeply tied to community culture.

What You’ll Do

• Design campaigns, digital content, packaging, and promos with a culture-first approach.
• Push bold concepts using typography, textures, and urban influences.
• Work in [REDACTED] Creative Suite (and AI tools when helpful) to produce and refine assets.
• Translate feedback into polished designs that balance creativity with compliance.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to keep work culturally authentic and consistent.
• QC design outputs and support production projects when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-5 years as a Creative/Graphic Designer (portfolio required).
• Strong grasp of streetwear, hip-hop, and culture-driven aesthetics.
• Sharp eye for typography, composition, and storytelling.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to adapt in fast-paced environments.
• Growth mindsets open to evolving into a team leader.
• Bonus: motion graphics, 3D skills or AI design prompting/workflows.
