Role Description

Are you obsessed with design, pop culture, and—most importantly—ice cream? [REDACTED] is looking for a multi-talented Creative Designer to join our energetic marketing team.

• Project & Time Management: Efficiently manage multiple design projects from concept to completion (including preparing files for digital publishing and print production) while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Visual Storytelling: Conceptualise, design, and produce high-quality, engaging visual content across both digital and print platforms (Instagram, TikTok, website, digital ads, and email newsletters).
• Campaign & Product Launches: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to brainstorm, develop, and execute creative 360-degree campaigns for new flavour launches, festive promotions, and store openings.
• Packaging & Merchandise Design: Create enticing artwork for pints, ice cream cakes, limited-edition merchandise, and takeaway packaging that captures our brand identity.
• In-Store Creative Assets: Design physical marketing collaterals including menus, point-of-sale displays (POSMs), banners, and outlet signage.
• Product Photoshoots: Assist with photography and photo-editing of our products for exciting campaign launches.
• Brand Guardian: Maintain and elevate [REDACTED]'s brand guidelines, ensuring absolute consistency in typography, colour, and voice across all customer touchpoints while pushing creative boundaries.
• Trend-Spotting: Stay updated with the latest design, pop culture, and social media trends, proactively suggesting fresh creative ideas to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience as a Graphic or Creative Designer, preferably within the F&B industry, retail, or a fast-paced creative agency.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Practical experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Figma is a major advantage.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in layout, typography, illustration, and a keen eye for food, lifestyle, and modern branding aesthetics.
• A proactive problem-solver with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and deliver on timelines.
