📋 Description

• Produce complex, advanced, and non-trivial creative design concepts and ideas for various domains
• Provide creative vision and generate visual ideas from scratch
• Negotiate project requirements and business objectives with the client and internal team
• Understand project goals and convert them into high-quality creative solutions
• Deliver projects on time according to task descriptions and technical constraints
• Integrate AI across the full design workflow, from research and moodboarding to concepting, asset production, motion, and final delivery
• Proactively predict and communicate risks to meet defined goals and timelines
• Share ideas and suggest improvements to creative design processes and approaches
• Explore, test, and apply AI tools at every stage of concept development and delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in UI design for the web, particularly creative websites, promo landing pages, and interactive concepts
• Strong expertise in Figma, including components, auto layout, responsive and adaptive design
• Ability to independently craft original visual concepts from early sketches to polished UI and present design decisions
• Hands-on experience with UI motion, including element animations, micro-interactions, and prototypes in After Effects, Lottie, or Framer
• Basic 3D skills in Blender or Cinema 4D
• At least Upper-Intermediate English for briefings, presentations, and clear communication
• Curiosity and openness to modern tools, trends, and AI-driven workflows
• Portfolio demonstrating visual and UI design foundations focused on creative web and interactive projects
• Experience with GPU rendering tools such as Octane or Redshift is a plus
• Knowledge of 2D and 3D animation, including rigging, motion choreography, and animation principles, is a plus
• Video editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut, including AI-assisted and generative video tools, are a plus
• Illustration and character design skills are a plus
• Previous collaboration within multidisciplinary design teams is a plus
• Strong visual taste and attention to detail
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Openness to feedback and ability to iterate quickly
• Passion for experimentation, innovation, and design and AI trends
