🎯 Requirements

• Background as a designer, marketing/comms professional, or knowledge-work specialist
• Experience in management consulting, investment banking, in-house corporate design, agency work, or marcom
• Ability to identify subtle layout inconsistencies, including alignment gaps, unequal card heights, dead space, and margin discipline
• Ability to articulate design opinions in writing
• Resume submission
• Completion of the Corporate Designer calibration assessment (approximately 45 minutes)
• Unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time
