🎯 Requirements

• Background as a designer, marketing/comms professional, or knowledge-work specialist
• Experience in management consulting, investment banking, in-house corporate design, agency work, or marcom is relevant
• Ability to identify subtle layout inconsistencies, including alignment gaps, unequal card heights, dead space, and margin discipline
• Strong design judgment regarding business deliverables
• Ability to articulate design judgments in writing
• Attention to presentation quality as well as content
• Submit a resume
• Complete the approximately 45-minute Corporate Designer calibration assessment
• Must be able to work as an independent contractor
• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
