🎯 Requirements

• Background as a designer, marketing/comms professional, or knowledge-work specialist
• Experience in management consulting, investment banking, in-house corporate design, agency work, or marcom
• Ability to identify subtle layout inconsistencies, including alignment gaps, unequal card heights, dead space, and margin issues
• Strong judgment about quality in business deliverables
• Ability to articulate design judgments in writing
• Resume submission
• Completion of the approximately 45-minute Corporate Designer calibration assessment
• Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT support
