JOB PURPOSE

This role is part of our Experience & Engineering team in Germany. We combine technology and experience design to create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products, and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is digital experiences and communication that change perceptions and shape new behaviours to make a difference in the market.

As UX Conversational Designer you lay the foundation for fantastic end-to-end user experiences: Combining UX design, dialogue structuring, and advanced prompt crafting to support intelligent, natural interactions in both chat and voice. You have an appetite for complex challenges and can't wait to translate them into beautiful and smart digital products. And you enjoy working in a dynamic environment with the best and most fun people the industry has to offer.
