📋 Description

• Work directly with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into viable conversational solutions
• Define and monitor success KPIs, including Retention, Human Handoff, CSAT, NPS, and Recognition Rate, proposing continuous improvements
• Lead Design Thinking and Discovery workshops to map the user journey and identify automation opportunities
• Manage the product backlog in [REDACTED]/[REDACTED], prioritizing user stories based on business value and technical effort
• Design highly complex conversation flows for chat and voice using [REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED], and prototyping tools
• Ensure the application of the brand’s Persona and Tone of Voice across [REDACTED], Webchat, apps, and smart speakers
• Create and document detailed functional specifications, including phrasing, business rules, and API integrations
• Apply UX Writing, Microcopy, and Accessibility best practices to conversational interfaces
• Perform cognitive curation of AI by training NLU/NLP models and refining intents, entities, and training utterances
• Identify opportunities to apply Generative AI, LLMs, and [REDACTED]
• Validate deliverables with development and QA teams, ensuring alignment between the implemented and designed flows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in [REDACTED]
• Advanced English proficiency for conversation and reading
• Proven experience combining business analysis (requirements gathering and stakeholder management) with conversational design (flow design)
• Practical experience with commercial bot platforms
• Experience working in Scrum/Kanban teams, participating in agile ceremonies, and using [REDACTED]/[REDACTED]
• Basic technical understanding of APIs (REST/JSON) to discuss integrations with developers — desirable, but not required
• Certifications in UX, Product Ownership, or Conversational Design — desirable, but not required
