Contract Graphic Designer

Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Graphic Designer to support a short-term project focused on document production and seasonal design work. This role is ideal for someone highly proficient in Adobe InDesign who can balance structured document layout with creative graphic development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and format professional operating manuals and standard operating procedure (SOP) documents using Adobe InDesign & Illustrator
• Ensure consistency in layout, typography, and branding across all documentation
• Translate technical or procedural content into clear, visually accessible formats packaged with fonts and images
• Develop seasonal graphics and visual assets aligned with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather content, revise drafts, and meet project deadlines
• Prepare final files for print and/or digital distribution

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign / Illustrator (required)
• Solid understanding of layout design, typography, and document structure
• Experience creating manuals, guides, or long-form documents preferred
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables within tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Additional Details:

• This is a full-time, short-term contract role based in Atlanta
• Candidates should be available to work on-site during the specified hours
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant document design and graphic work is required
