Content Designer

You’ll play a pivotal role in strategic planning, feature selection, and day-to-day tactical operations. Together, our dynamic team propels the roadmap forward as we strive to make the digital world a safer place We’re looking for a curious, creative, and detail-oriented Content Designer to help shape how users learn about and interact with our products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming complex information into intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling content As part of the Content Experience team, you’ll partner with product managers, designers, engineers, and senior content creators to develop user-centered documentation and learning experiences While building technical documentation is an important part of the role, your primary focus will be designing content that helps users quickly find, understand, and apply information to solve their jobs to be done (JTBD) This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about information design, visual communication, and creating exceptional customer experiences

• Design clear, engaging information experiences that help users accomplish tasks efficiently
• Write, edit, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, conceptual topics, tutorials, release notes, feature documentation, and in-product help
• Create and maintain user-facing documentation, conceptual guides, tutorials, release notes, and in-product help
• Transform complex technical concepts into content that is easy to understand using a combination of text, visuals, diagrams, flowcharts, infographics, and other media
• Organize content using sound information architecture principles, ensuring information is modular, searchable, and easy to navigate
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, UX designers, and support teams to understand new features and translate them into customer-focused content
• Contribute to content strategy by identifying opportunities to improve discoverability, usability, and consistency across documentation
• Assist in developing visual assets such as process diagrams, workflows, illustrations, and learning journeys that complement written technical documentation
• Test product features and workflows to validate documentation accuracy and improve the user experience
• Edit and review content for clarity, consistency, accessibility, and adherence to style guidelines
• Continuously learn new technologies, products, and design approaches to improve how information is communicated
