📋 Description

• Own end-to-end production of marketing visuals, including social media graphics, ad creatives, campaign assets, email visuals, and presentation decks
• Create motion design content such as animated social posts, short ad clips, and micro-interactions using AI, After Effects, or equivalent tools
• Deliver landing-page visuals and collaborate with developers on [REDACTED] implementation
• Translate marketing briefs into creative concepts and propose visual directions
• Maintain and extend the visual identity across multiple related brands
• Build reusable marketing components, templates, and assets in [REDACTED]
• Manage workload, provide time estimates, meet deadlines, and communicate proactively when priorities shift
• Stay current with design trends, platform-specific format requirements, and emerging creative tools
• Work closely with Content and Marketing teams across social media, advertising, product launches, campaigns, presentations, and landing pages

• Expert-level proficiency in [REDACTED]
• Strong command of [REDACTED] Photoshop and Illustrator
• Working proficiency in [REDACTED] After Effects
• Proven portfolio of communication/marketing design work, including social graphics, ad creatives, campaign visuals, and presentations
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work across bold consumer and restrained B2B/fintech visual styles
• Motion design skills, including timing, easing, and animation storytelling
• Pixel-precise attention to detail and clean type handling
• Creative ingenuity and ability to generate original visual ideas
• Receptiveness to frequent, direct design critique
• Strong self-management, structured prioritization, and reliable deadline delivery
• Clear communication of design decisions
• Comfort switching between static design, motion, presentations, and landing pages
• Self-directed and proactive working style
• Familiarity with [REDACTED] or similar no-code/low-code platforms is a plus
• Experience in fintech, crypto, or web3 is nice to have
• Experience producing paid advertising assets for [REDACTED], [REDACTED], or [REDACTED] is nice to have
• Comfort with AI-powered design tools is nice to have
• Experience in multi-brand environments is nice to have
• Basic video editing or 3D skills are a creative bonus
